MEDITATION TO MAKE YOU POSITIVE (Kriya No 146)

General Position:
Sit in easy pose with a straight spine.
Hands:kriya-meditation-to-make-you-positive
Rest the hands on the knees with the fingers in gyan
mudra.
Arms:
^lax the arms down with the hands resting on
the knees. Keep the arms straight.
Legs:
Sit with the eyes crossed or in a chair with the weight
of both feet equally distributed on the ground.
Breath:
Deeply inhale and completely exhale as each section of
the mantra is chanted.
Eyes:
The eyes are 1/10 open.
Mantra:
Chant the following mantra in a monotone voice as the breath is exhaled. Note
accent marks on stressed syllables. ”
EK ONG KAR, EK ONG KAR, EK ONG KAR,(inhale)
SAT NAM, SAT NAM, SAT NAM.(inhale)
SIRI, SIRI, SIRI,(inhale)
WAHE GURU, WAHE GURU, WAHE GURU”
The entire mantra must be chanted in a continuous rhythm. Locks or other

Mental Focus:
Focus on the third eye point.
Length of time:
Continue for 11 minutes
