This Charity of Breath Meditation is very cleansing to the bloodstream.
Sit in Easy Pose.
Inhale deeply and chant in one breath "Ra Ra Ra Ra Ra, Ma Ma Ma Ma, Sa Ta Na Ma" ("a" as in father; see musical stuff below)Hands can be in Gyan Mudra.
Continue for 11 minutes.
The rate of breathing slows down from about 15 breaths per minute to about 8 breaths a minute,landing calmness and clarity to the mind as well.
