Chant
Ek Ong Kaar Sat Gur Prasaad, Sat Gur Prasaad Ek Ong Kaar.
Chant Ek Ong Kar at the navel, Sat Gur Prasaad at the Heart Center.
A lot of times there is a full moon and the moon enters a water sign.
You remember those days? We call them watery days. Practice this on those days
This is one of those days.
How to Practice the Meditation
- Come sitting with your spine straight either with your legs crossed or in a chair
- Interlace your fingers on the inside of your hands with thumb tips touching
- Close your eyes and look down at the center of your chin. The lineage say this is like looking at the dark side of the moon. Let yourself sink into that darkness of your own inner moon.
The Mantra
- Chant the following mantra 3-5 times on each breath in a monotone
“ek ong kar • sat gur prasaad • sat gur prasaad • ek ong kar”
Chant the mantra in an unbroken rhythm. Watch your tongue; lots of things will start happening.
