Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be an advanced yogi to come?
No. You don’t need to be advanced, but you do need to be sincere. Some experience with meditation, yoga or spiritual practice is recommended, and you will be guided into everything gently and safely.
When will the pilgrimage take place?

How physically demanding will this be?
Some days will involve walking, steps and time in temple queues, and the Himalayan sites involve altitude. You don’t have to be an athlete, but you should be able to walk and stand comfortably. Detailed guidance will be shared once you pre-register.
Is this safe for my Kundalini process?
Yes. The journey is designed to be grounded and trauma-aware. Practices emphasise nervous-system regulation, integration and safe ascent rather than forcing experiences.
