Eleven Live Modules • Guided Study Between Modules • Complete Recording Access
The chakras are far more than seven colours, seven emotions or seven points positioned along the spine.
In the ancient yogic and tantric traditions, each chakra is an entire field of consciousness—a living mandala containing sacred sound, elemental intelligence, presiding deities, Yoginīs, geometric forms, psychological tendencies and dormant spiritual powers.
Within these centres live our instincts and aspirations, attachments and gifts, memories and possibilities. They shape how we inhabit the body, experience desire, use power, give and receive love, express truth, perceive reality and ultimately recognize the source of consciousness itself.
Chakra Immersion is an intensive eleven-module journey into this deeper architecture of the subtle body.
We will explore the essential foundations—locations, colours, elements, emotions, mantras and physical correspondences—but we will not stop there.
Drawing from Kundalini Yoga, the Lalitā Sahasranāma, the Ṣaṭ-cakra-nirūpaṇa, the Yoga Upaniṣads, Śrīvidyā and other yogic and tantric teachings, we will enter the rarely taught dimensions of the chakras:
- The Sanskrit letters carried upon the lotus petals
- The Mātṛkā Śaktis and the body formed through sacred sound
- The elemental yantras and their hidden symbolism
- The deities and Yoginīs dwelling within each centre
- The relationship between chakras, tattvas, senses and prāṇa
- The three granthis or knots of consciousness
- Kuṇḍalinī’s journey through the inner axis
- Bindu, nāda, amṛta and the subtle mysteries beyond Ājñā
- The chakra Yoginīs described in the Lalitā Sahasranāma
- The human body contemplated as Śrī Chakra
- The descent and embodiment of awakened consciousness
This is not simply a course about “balancing the chakras.”
It is an immersion into Chakra Vidyā—the ancient knowledge of how consciousness becomes body, how Śakti becomes experience and how the human being becomes a vessel capable of holding greater awareness.
The Eleven-Module Journey
Module One
Beyond the Seven Colours
Reconstructing the Ancient Chakra Map
We begin by establishing what a chakra truly is and examining how the subtle-body systems developed across different yogic and tantric traditions.
We will explore the meaning of cakra, padma and ādhāra; the physical, subtle and causal bodies; nāḍī, prāṇa, vāyu, bindu, nāda and tattva; the existence of different chakra systems; and the difference between scriptural teaching, lineage interpretation and contemporary psychology.
Module Two
Kuṇḍalinī, the Three Granthis and the Inner Axis
The Journey of Śakti Through the Subtle Body
We enter the architecture through which Kuṇḍalinī travels: Iḍā, Piṅgalā, Suṣumṇā, Vajrā, Citriṇī and Brahma Nāḍī.
Drawing from the Lalitā Sahasranāma, we explore Brahma Granthi, Viṣṇu Granthi and Rudra Granthi; the ascent of Śakti; the descent of nectar; and the difference between energetic activation, spiritual experience and integrated awakening.
Module Three
Mūlādhāra
The Mystery of Support, Ancestry and Dormant Power
Beyond survival and grounding, Mūlādhāra reveals the foundation upon which embodied consciousness rests.
We explore the four petals, Sanskrit letters, earth mandala, elephant, bīja mantra, Svayaṃbhū Liṅga, coiled Śakti, Apāna Vāyu, Brahma Granthi, ancestral consciousness and the capacity required to hold spiritual awakening.
Module Four
Svādhiṣṭhāna
Desire, Memory and the Intelligence of the Inner Waters
Beyond sexuality and creativity, Svādhiṣṭhāna is a fluid realm of desire, pleasure, aversion, memory and subconscious movement.
We explore the six petals, water mandala, lunar crescent, Makara, saṃskāra, rasa, sexual and creative energy, repression, refinement, Kākinī and the transformation of consumption into communion.
Module Five
Maṇipūra
Fire, Power and the Digestion of Experience
Maṇipūra is the inner furnace through which we digest food, emotion, experience, ambition and karma.
We explore the ten petals, fire triangle, Agni, Samāna Vāyu, Tejas, personal power, anger, ambition, charisma, Viṣṇu Granthi, Lākinī and the transformation of personal will into dharmic action.
Module Six
Anāhata
The Unstruck Sound and the Maturation of Love
Anāhata points toward an interior resonance that exists before personal longing or emotional exchange.
We explore the twelve petals, intersecting triangles, Bāṇa Liṅga, Anāhata Nāda, the subtle heart, love, grief, devotion, emotional attachment, Viṣṇu Granthi, Rākinī and the possibility of loving without possession.
Module Seven
Viśuddha
Sacred Speech, Purification and the Power of Sound
Viśuddha is not merely the centre of communication. It is the chamber in which experience is purified into conscious expression.
We explore the sixteen Sanskrit vowels, Ākāśa, Nāda, Śabda, mantra, the four levels of speech, Udāna Vāyu, Dākinī, silence, truth, timing and the transformation of poison into wisdom.
Module Eight
Ājñā
Perception, Command and the Inner Guru
Ājñā is the centre of instruction, perception and inner authority.
We explore its two petals, the convergence of Iḍā and Piṅgalā, Ha and Kṣa, the luminous mind, intuition, projection, Rudra Granthi, Hakini, Guru Tattva and the surrender of the identity that claims to be the knower.
Module Nine
Sahasrāra, Bindu and Amṛta
The Thousand-Petalled Mystery
Sahasrāra points beyond the limited identity and beyond the six principal chakra centres.
We explore the thousand-petalled lotus, Bindu, Nāda, Kalā, the lunar region, the Guru’s feet, Śiva–Śakti union, the descent of nectar, Yākinī, spiritual absorption and the embodiment of awakened awareness.
Module Ten
The Seven Yoginīs of the Lalitā Sahasranāma
The Secret Goddesses Within the Chakras
The Lalitā Sahasranāma preserves a remarkable chakra teaching through the seven Yoginīs:
- Dākinī
- Rākinī
- Lākinī
- Kākinī
- Sākinī
- Hākinī
- Yākinī
We explore their faces, colours, weapons, sacred implements, attendant Śaktis, food associations, bodily tissues and relationship to the Sanskrit letters upon the chakra petals.
This module reveals a second and much deeper chakra system concealed within the familiar map.
Module Eleven
The Body as Śrī Chakra
Integration, Descent and Embodied Awakening
The final module completes the journey by moving beyond the idea that we merely possess chakras.
Drawing from the Bhāvanopaniṣad, we contemplate the human body as Śrī Chakra—the living mandala of the Goddess.
We explore the nine āvaraṇas, Icchā Śakti, Jñāna Śakti and Kriyā Śakti; the senses as ritual powers; Antaryāga or inner worship; the unity of knower, knowing and known; and the integration of chakra consciousness into relationships, work, service and Dharma.
The journey culminates in a complete inner-mandala meditation, personal sādhana design and closing integration ritual.
Live Teaching and Guided Integration
Chakra Immersion unfolds through eleven live modules.
Each module will combine:
- Scriptural and philosophical teaching
- Detailed chakra study
- Kundalini Yoga
- Prāṇāyāma
- Mudrā and bandha
- Mantra and sacred sound
- Meditation
- Subtle-body awareness
- Deep relaxation
- Questions and discussion
- Practical integration
The time between live modules is an essential part of the journey.
Students will receive assigned practices, observations, reflections or contemplative work to complete before the next live module. This allows each teaching to move beyond intellectual understanding and become part of lived experience.
The course is therefore not limited to the hours we spend together live. The exploration continues through your practice, relationships, choices, reactions, dreams, awareness and daily life.
Accessible Live and Through Recordings
Every module will be recorded.
If you are unable to attend a module live, you will be able to access the complete teaching and practice through the recording.
This also allows students in different time zones to participate in the full journey.
You may return to the recordings to review the philosophy, repeat the practices and continue integrating the material at your own pace.
Recording-access duration: [To be announced]
Suitable for Beginners and Advanced Practitioners
Chakra Immersion is designed to be accessible to sincere beginners while offering substantial depth for experienced practitioners, teachers and healers.
If You Are New to the Chakras
You will receive a clear and carefully structured foundation.
Essential concepts will be introduced without assuming prior knowledge. Sanskrit terminology, symbols and subtle-body principles will be explained before we move into deeper interpretations.
You will not need to arrive already knowing the mantras, deities, nāḍīs, tattvas or textual traditions.
If You Are an Experienced Practitioner
You will be invited far beyond the introductory correspondences.
We will investigate scriptural descriptions, multiple chakra systems, Sanskrit letters, Mātṛkā Śaktis, granthis, Yoginīs, dhātus, inner yantras, Kuṇḍalinī, Śrī Chakra and the more subtle psychological and spiritual challenges associated with each centre.
Advanced practitioners will also benefit from revisiting familiar teachings through a more integrated and discerning framework.
You do not need to be advanced to enter.
You do need to be willing to practice, reflect and engage sincerely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need previous knowledge of the chakras?
No. The course is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
We will establish the necessary foundations while progressively entering more subtle, scriptural and experiential dimensions.
Is this course too advanced for a beginner?
No. Complex concepts will be explained carefully and placed within a clear progression.
A beginner can enter through the foundational teachings, practices and direct experience. More experienced students will recognize additional layers within the same material.
Will experienced teachers and practitioners find enough depth?
Yes. This immersion moves considerably beyond introductory chakra psychology.
It includes scriptural chakra descriptions, Sanskrit letters, Mātṛkā Śaktis, granthis, Yoginīs, subtle nāḍīs, tattvas, Śrī Chakra, Kuṇḍalinī and the relationship between energetic experience and spiritual maturation.
What happens if I cannot attend a live module?
Every module will be recorded and made available to registered participants.
You will be able to watch the complete teaching and practice before continuing with the assigned integration work.
Will there be work between the live modules?
Yes. The integration work is an essential part of the course.
Depending upon the module, you may receive a practice, meditation, contemplation, observation exercise, journal inquiry or embodied assignment.
Do I need to complete the modules in order?
Yes, wherever possible.
Each module builds upon concepts and experiences introduced previously. Although recordings provide flexibility, following the modules sequentially will create the most coherent journey.
Is this a Kundalini Yoga course?
Kundalini Yoga will be an important experiential component, but the immersion is broader than a yoga-class series.
It combines scripture, philosophy, mantra, subtle anatomy, meditation, contemplation and practical embodiment.
Will this course awaken Kuṇḍalinī?
The purpose is not to force dramatic experiences.
We will cultivate awareness, stability, sensitivity and respect for the intelligence of the subtle body. Authentic transformation requires preparation, discernment and integration—not the pursuit of intensity.
Enter the Inner Mandala
The chakra journey is not simply an ascent from the “lowest” centre to the “highest.”
The root is not inferior to the crown.
The body is not inferior to consciousness.
Instinct, desire, power, love, speech and perception are not obstacles to awakening. They are expressions of Śakti waiting to be understood, refined and integrated.
Across eleven modules, we will enter each centre as a chamber of the inner temple.
We will study its symbols.
We will listen to its mantra.
We will encounter its shadow.
We will awaken its intelligence.
We will practice through the body.
We will integrate its wisdom into life.
This is an invitation to move beyond knowing about the chakras.
It is an invitation to enter the mandala.
