Simple but profound reflections to help you complete this year with grace — not regret or rush.

Practice live with others from around the world, amplifying the field of healing and intention.

Mantra & Deep Relaxation
Closing each session with integration, sound, or mantra (as guided), so the work settles deep into your system.

Day 1 – December 8: The Golden Spine

  • Arrival & grounding meditation

  • Kriyas for spinal flexibility, resilience & energy flow

  • Breathwork to clear stagnation and mental fog

  • Deep relaxation to reset the nervous system

  • Short reflection on the spine as your “golden axis” for the year ahead

Day 2 – December 9: The Sacred Season

  • Gentle warm-up and reconnection

  • Practices for closure, emotional digestion & renewal

  • Intention anchoring: what you’re carrying into the new year

  • Mantra / sound field (if used) to seal the practice

  • Closing circle: blessing your path & those you love

Total Time Each Day: ~ 60 minutes

Prakash Chegu is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, mentor, and healer devoted to nervous system repair, sacred relationship, and living a destiny-led life.

Through sadhanas, retreats, and deep-dive programs, he weaves yogic science, ancestral wisdom, and modern nervous system awareness into practical, heart-centered practice.

This 2-day community class is an invitation to experience this work in a simple, accessible way — for you, and for the people you care about.

Do I need previous experience with Kundalini Yoga?
No. All practices will be explained and guided so that beginners and experienced practitioners can both receive exactly what they need.


What do I need to bring?

  • A yoga mat or comfortable surface

  • A cushion or blanket

  • Water or herbal tea

  • A light shawl or layer for relaxation

  • A journal (optional) for reflections


Will there be a replay?

Yes, replays will be available for 7 days after each live class.


Can I invite my family and friends?
