Prakash Chegu is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, mentor, healer, and Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner whose work brings ancient yogic technology into direct conversation with contemporary human experience.
With more than 5,000 hours of teaching and over 1,000 individual healing sessions, Prakash creates spaces that are spiritually profound, energetically powerful, and grounded in practical transformation.

Whenever possible, avoid eating a heavy meal for approximately two hours before the sessions.

Do I need to attend the entire weekend?
No. Each event is designed to stand independently. The Complete Weekend Pass offers the most integrated experience and follows the full progression from energy to projection to connection.
Is Friday really complimentary?
Yes. Friday is an open community experience, but advance registration is required.
Is Friday included with the paid passes?
Yes. Saturday, Sunday, and Complete Weekend registrations all include Friday’s opening experience.
Can I attend Sunday without a partner?
Absolutely. Sunday is designed for individuals as well as couples. You do not need a partner to participate fully.
Do I need previous Kundalini Yoga experience?
No. Beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome.
Are the workshops suitable for couples?
Yes. Couples may attend together, particularly on Sunday, but the weekend is not couples therapy and does not require paired participation.
Will physical contact be required?
No. Any relational or paired practice will be optional, clearly explained, and based upon consent. Individual alternatives will be available.
Can I purchase Saturday and Sunday separately?

What language will the events be taught in?
