Prana Code™ – The Science of Living Energy

A 21-Day Kundalini Sadhana to Build, Protect and Direct Your Life Force

August 12–September 1, 2026
21 Consecutive Days · Live Online · Recordings Included

You may have the time—but not the energy.

You may know what needs to be done—but struggle to begin.

You may carry a meaningful vision, a sincere spiritual practice and a genuine desire to change, yet still find yourself exhausted, distracted or unable to translate intention into movement.

This does not always mean that you lack discipline.

Sometimes your life force is being consumed faster than it can be restored.

Sometimes it is caught in tension, unfinished emotions, overstimulation, scattered attention, unclear boundaries or patterns of overgiving.

And sometimes you have energy—but it is moving in too many directions to create anything meaningful.

Prana Code™ is a complete 21-day Kundalini Yoga journey into the science of living energy.

Together, we will explore how prana is received, generated, circulated, protected, concentrated and consciously directed—so that your energy becomes available for healing, creativity, prosperity, relationship, service and dharma.

This is not simply a program for having more energy.

It is an invitation to become more available to life.

Your Life Force Is Your Most Precious Currency

Before you invest your time, attention, creativity, love or effort into anything, you invest your prana.

Prana is the living current behind your breath, vitality, movement, perception, digestion, expression and capacity to act.

When prana moves coherently:

  • Your breath becomes deeper
  • Your mind becomes clearer
  • Your body feels more available
  • Your decisions carry momentum
  • Your presence communicates before you speak
  • Your actions begin to reflect your deeper intention

When prana is depleted, obstructed or scattered, even simple things can feel heavy.

You may have many ideas but little movement.

You may remain busy throughout the day while feeling that nothing meaningful moved forward.

You may rest without feeling replenished.

You may give generously to others but have little energy remaining for your own body, purpose and inner life.

The question is not merely:

How much energy do I have?

The deeper question is:

How much of my life force is truly available to me?

What Is Prana?

Prana is often translated as breath—but prana is more than breath.

Breath is one of its primary carriers.

Prana is the animating force of life itself. It moves through respiration, circulation, digestion, elimination, the nervous system, the senses, thought, emotion, voice, creativity, healing and consciousness.

In yogic understanding, prana is not merely something you possess.

It is something you participate in.

Every breath influences it.

Every meal contributes to it.

Every thought directs it.

Every relationship affects it.

Every environment either supports or challenges it.

Every unfinished emotion occupies some part of it.

Every repeated habit teaches your energy where to flow.

Prana Code™ will help you encounter this current not as an abstract spiritual concept, but as a living reality operating through your body, breath, relationships, choices and everyday life.

The Three Vital Essences: Prana, Ojas and Tejas

Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions offer a far more complete understanding of vitality than the modern idea of simply “having energy.”

They describe an intimate relationship between three subtle forces.

Ojas — The Reserve

Ojas is the deep essence associated with nourishment, stability, resilience, endurance and the capacity to sustain life.

It is the reservoir that allows vitality to endure.

Prana — The Current

Prana is the living movement that animates breath, circulation, perception, expression, healing and action.

It is life in motion.

Tejas — The Intelligence

Tejas is the illuminating force associated with discernment, transformation, clarity and the ability to direct energy wisely.

It gives intelligence and purpose to the current.

Together, they reveal the architecture of living energy:

Ojas sustains life.
Prana moves life.
Tejas illuminates and directs life.

Without sufficient Ojas, energy may be difficult to sustain.

Without balanced Prana, vitality may remain dormant, obstructed or scattered.

Without clear Tejas, energy may be directed toward habits, activities and desires that do not truly serve us.

Prana Code™ places its central emphasis on Prana—how life force is received, lost, restored, circulated, protected and consciously directed.

Ojas and Tejas will be explored where they deepen our understanding of the complete energetic system.

This Sadhana is a complete experience in itself. No previous course, Sadhana or Kundalini Yoga experience is required.

Why Prana Code™?

Many approaches to energy begin by trying to generate more.

More stimulation.
More activation.
More intensity.
More productivity.
More practices.
More effort.

But generating more energy without understanding where it is going may simply magnify the patterns that are already depleting us.

More energy moving through an undirected life can become:

  • Restlessness
  • Emotional reactivity
  • Overthinking
  • Compulsive activity
  • Scattered creativity
  • Spiritual overstimulation
  • Impulsive decisions
  • Temporary elevation followed by exhaustion

Before increasing the current, we must understand the vessel through which it moves.

Prana Code™ follows a deliberate three-stage journey:

Stop the Leaks

Recognize where your life force is being unconsciously spent.

Build the Current

Strengthen your capacity to receive, generate and circulate vitality.

Direct the Current

Gather your energy around what is worthy of your attention, devotion and life.

This progression allows vitality to grow through coherence—not pressure.

Your Three-Week Journey

Week One — Stop the Leaks

Recognize Where Your Life Force Is Being Lost

Before increasing your energy, you must discover where it is disappearing.

During the first week, you will begin observing the physical, emotional, mental, relational, sensory, digital and environmental patterns that quietly consume prana.

We will explore the difference between:

  • Nourishment and stimulation
  • Rest and avoidance
  • Connection and entanglement
  • Generosity and overgiving
  • Compassion and self-abandonment
  • Movement and busyness
  • Pleasure and compulsion
  • Sensitivity and energetic permeability

You will begin a personal Prana Audit, observing how people, conversations, foods, environments, habits and activities influence your energetic state.

Day 1 — Prana Is Life in Motion

Discover what prana truly is and begin assessing how available your life force is to you.

Day 2 — The Personal Prana Audit

Recognize what nourishes your energy, what merely stimulates it and what quietly consumes it.

Day 3 — The Body Keeps the Energetic Account

Learn to read tension, fatigue, contraction and shallow breathing as communications from the body.

Day 4 — Breath: The Carrier of Consciousness

Experience how breathing patterns influence emotion, perception and nervous-system regulation.

Day 5 — The Cost of Overstimulation

Understand why constant input can imitate vitality while creating deeper exhaustion.

Day 6 — Emotional Expenditure

Explore how worry, resentment, guilt, suppression and repeated inner conversations continue consuming prana after an experience has ended.

Day 7 — Boundaries Are Pranic Intelligence

Strengthen your capacity to say no, pause, ask clearly and protect the conditions required for healthy connection.

By the end of Week One, you will have a clearer understanding of where your energy goes—and which patterns must change before vitality can genuinely grow.

Week Two — Build the Current

Strengthen Your Capacity to Receive and Circulate Life

Once unnecessary expenditure is reduced, the body can begin cultivating a stronger and more sustainable current.

During the second week, we will work with breath, movement, nourishment, rhythm, digestion, the nervous system, the aura and the Pranic Body.

We will also explore the five principal movements of prana:

  • Prana Vayu — receiving and drawing inward
  • Apana Vayu — eliminating, grounding and releasing
  • Samana Vayu — digesting, assimilating and integrating
  • Udana Vayu — expressing, rising and evolving
  • Vyana Vayu — circulating and distributing

True vitality depends upon cooperation between all five movements.

You cannot continually receive without releasing.

You cannot express clearly without integrating.

You cannot expand sustainably without grounding.

Day 8 — The Pranic Body

Strengthen vitality, courage, healing capacity and your willingness to move into life.

Day 9 — The Five Movements of Prana

Discover whether your energy requires support in receiving, releasing, integrating, expressing or circulating.

Day 10 — Apana: The Power to Release

Work with grounding, elimination, completion and the energetic intelligence of letting go.

Day 11 — Samana: The Fire of Integration

Develop your capacity to digest food, emotion, information and spiritual teaching.

Day 12 — Food as Living Energy

Explore how freshness, preparation, seasonality, presence and gratitude influence the subtle quality of nourishment.

Day 13 — Rhythm Generates Vitality

Discover how consistent daily rhythms conserve energy and support the nervous system.

Day 14 — Environment, Sangat and the Field

Understand how spaces, conversations, music, community and collective emotional fields influence your prana.

By the end of Week Two, you will have practical tools for cultivating vitality without depending upon urgency, pressure or stimulation.

Week Three — Direct the Current

Gather Your Energy Around What Truly Matters

Energy without direction does not automatically create transformation.

It may simply create more activity.

During the final week, you will learn to gather your life force around a conscious direction and apply it to communication, creativity, healing, projection, service and dharma.

Attention is one of the primary directors of prana.

Whatever repeatedly receives your attention also receives your life force.

When attention is scattered, energy becomes divided among competing priorities, unresolved memories, imagined futures and unnecessary demands.

When attention becomes coherent, presence gains strength.

Day 15 — Energy Follows Attention

Recognize what you are energizing through repeated focus and begin reclaiming scattered attention.

Day 16 — Udana: Voice, Expression and Elevation

Refine your speech so that your words strengthen rather than fragment your energy.

Day 17 — From Desire to Direction

Distinguish temporary impulses from the deeper commitment of sankalpa.

Day 18 — Pranic Projection

Align your breath, nervous system, intention and aura so that your presence communicates clearly.

Day 19 — Prana for Healing

Create conditions that support the body’s natural movement toward restoration and balance.

Day 20 — Prana Becomes Seva

Learn how service can circulate energy without becoming depletion, obligation or self-erasure.

Day 21 — Become a Conduit

Integrate the journey and choose a direction worthy of your continued energetic devotion.

By the end of Week Three, you will not merely have more energy.

You will have a clearer relationship with where your energy belongs.

JOIN THE 21-DAY JOURNEY

Why 21 Days?

A single practice can create an experience.

Consistent practice begins creating a relationship.

Over 21 days, you will observe your pranic patterns across the changing conditions of real life:

  • Strong mornings and difficult mornings
  • Busy days and quiet days
  • Nourishing conversations and challenging interactions
  • Moments of clarity and periods of divided attention
  • Experiences of vitality and episodes of depletion
  • Days when discipline feels effortless and days when you must consciously return

This is where the teaching becomes real.

You will not only learn about prana during class.

You will begin recognizing it in your breath, body, home, habits, nourishment, relationships, communication and choices.

Your life becomes the laboratory.
Your awareness becomes the instrument.
Your daily experience becomes the teaching.

The Power of Practicing Together

Prana is personal, but it is not isolated.

Every sincere practitioner contributes something to the collective field.

When we breathe, move, meditate and listen together, individual effort is held within the strength of the Sangat—the conscious community.

There will be mornings when your own discipline carries you.

There may also be mornings when the presence of the group carries you until your strength returns.

This is one of the quiet gifts of Sadhana:

We arrive as individuals, but we do not practice alone.

Each practice will be explained clearly, with space to adapt according to your body and capacity.

Is Prana Code™ connected to another course?

Prana Code™ is a complete, self-contained journey.

Prana, Ojas and Tejas are explored together because they provide a richer understanding of yogic and Ayurvedic energetics—not because another program is required.

You do not need to have completed any previous course or Sadhana.

Do I need to attend every class live?

Live participation is encouraged because rhythm, accountability and the collective field are important aspects of Sadhana.

However, recordings will be available if you cannot attend live.

How long will I have access to the recordings?

Your enrollment includes ongoing access to the Prana Code™ recordings through the course platform.

You may return to the practices and complete the 21-day journey at your own rhythm.

After the live Sadhana concludes, Prana Code™ will remain available as a complete self-paced course.

  • A yoga mat or comfortable practice surface
  • A meditation cushion or folded blanket
  • Water
  • A journal and pen
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A quiet space in which you can breathe, move and meditate

Is this an intense physical program?

The nature of the practices will vary.

Some classes may be strengthening and energizing. Others will be breath-centered, meditative, reflective or deeply regulating.

You will always be encouraged to listen to your body and modify where necessary.

What if I miss several days?

Return as soon as you can.

Sadhana is not about perfection. It is about renewing your relationship with practice.

The recordings allow you to complete missed sessions in your own time.

Can I join if I live in another time zone?

Yes. Prana Code™ is a global online experience.

You may attend live where the schedule permits or practice with the recording when another time better supports your daily rhythm.

Can I join if I have a medical condition?

Kundalini Yoga and pranayama may include physical movement, strong breathing patterns and periods of breath suspension.

If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, recovering from surgery or uncertain whether a practice is appropriate, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Modifications will be offered where appropriate, and you will always be encouraged to honor the signals of your body.

Is Prana Code™ religious?

No.

The Sadhana draws from yogic philosophy and Kundalini Yoga technology while welcoming participants from all spiritual, religious and secular backgrounds.

A Different Relationship With Energy Is Possible

You do not need to force yourself through every season of life.

You do not need to answer depletion with more stimulation.

You do not need to remain endlessly available to every person, habit and demand that consumes your vitality.

You do not need to keep scattering your attention across futures you have not consciously chosen.

Your life force can be protected without closing your heart.

It can be strengthened without creating agitation.

It can be directed without becoming rigid.

It can move through you as breath, courage, clarity, healing, creativity, prosperity, devotion and service.

The purpose of Prana Code™ is not to make you endlessly energetic.

It is to help you become increasingly available to life.

The Final Invitation

There is a current within you that already knows how to move toward life.

It knows when to receive.

It knows when to release.

It knows what must be digested.

It knows what must be expressed.

It knows what must be circulated.

Much of the journey is not about creating this intelligence.

It is about removing what interferes with it.

For 21 days, we will listen to that current.

We will recognize where it has been leaking.

We will strengthen its movement.

We will gather it from distraction.

And we will direct it toward what is worthy of our breath, attention, devotion and life.
