Weekly Tracker

Daily Format

  • Sacred Opening: 3-min tuning in (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo)
  • Daily Kriya (20–30 min)
  • Pranayama/Meditation (11–15 min)
  • Journaling or Reflection prompt (Optional)
  • Closing chant: Sat Naam

Week 1-

Softening the Armor

Theme: Releasing the weight of the past

  • Day 1: Introduction to the Heart Chakra (talk + meditation)
  • Day 2–4: Kriya for Healing the Heart Center + Heart-opening pranayama
  • Day 5–7: Kriya for Emotional Balance + Guided journaling prompts on forgiveness

Week 2 –

Opening to Love

Theme: Reclaiming inner worth and divine love

  • Day 8: Meditation for Self-Love and Acceptance
  • Day 9–11: Kriya to Open the Heart and Expand the Aura
  • Day 12–14: Venus Kriyas or partner exercises (for those joining with someone) or solo meditations on giving/receiving love

Week 3 –

Living from the Sacred Heart

Theme: Embodying compassion, courage, and higher love

  • Day 15: Meditation to Bless and Uplift Others
  • Day 16–18: Kriya to Cultivate Kindness and Magnetic Presence
  • Day 19–20: Group healing circle (live Zoom session or self-led ritual)
