TEJAS – The Fire of Intelligence

A 21-Day Kundalini Yoga Sadhana for Brilliance, Discernment & Transformation

You Do Not Need More Intensity.

You Need a Cleaner Flame.

You already possess fire.

It lives in your ambition, anger, concentration, creativity, courage and hunger for truth.

But fire does not always become light.

Sometimes clarity becomes criticism.

Discipline becomes rigidity.

Passion becomes agitation.

Ambition becomes the relentless need to prove ourselves.

And sometimes the flame becomes depleted. The mind grows dull, decisions become difficult, and experiences accumulate without ever becoming understanding.

Tejas — The Fire of Intelligence is a 21-day Kundalini Yoga Sadhana devoted to cultivating a different quality of inner fire:

  • clarity without cruelty
  • discipline without rigidity
  • confidence without performance
  • ambition without self-violence
  • precision without disconnection
  • courage without aggression
  • radiance without depletion

This is not a journey toward becoming more intense.

It is a journey toward becoming more luminous.

BEGIN THE 21-DAY JOURNEY

What Is Tejas?

In the yogic and Ayurvedic understanding, Tejas is more than physical heat or visible radiance.

Tejas is the subtle luminosity of intelligence—the inner light through which we perceive, comprehend, discern and transform.

It is the fire that allows us to digest not only food, but also emotions, relationships, disappointments, opportunities and the accumulated experiences of our lives.

Experience alone does not make us wise.

We can survive something without understanding it. We can repeat a lesson without absorbing it. We can accumulate knowledge without developing discernment.

Experience becomes wisdom only when it enters the fire of consciousness and is properly digested.

That fire is Tejas.

Tejas is the courage to see what is true, the intelligence to understand it and the strength to live accordingly.

What Is the Condition of Your Inner Fire?

Depleted Tejas

When Tejas is depleted, we may experience:

  • mental dullness
  • indecision and hesitation
  • low motivation
  • difficulty concentrating
  • avoidance of uncomfortable truths
  • difficulty extracting meaning from experience

Scattered Tejas

When Tejas is scattered, we may experience:

  • excessive thinking
  • intellectual restlessness
  • unfinished ideas
  • chronic overstimulation
  • divided attention
  • difficulty remaining with one path or decision

Excessive Tejas

When Tejas becomes excessive or distorted, we may experience:

  • irritability
  • impatience
  • criticism
  • perfectionism
  • inflammatory intensity
  • compulsive achievement
  • the need to prove ourselves
  • truth used as a weapon rather than illumination

Balanced Tejas

Balanced Tejas gives us:

  • luminous concentration
  • courageous perception
  • intelligent discernment
  • compassionate and precise speech
  • refined ambition
  • creative direction
  • the ability to transform experience into wisdom
  • the strength to act according to what we understand

The purpose of this Sadhana is not to maximize your fire.

It is to purify, balance and intelligently direct it.

The 21-Day Journey

Across three progressive weeks, we will move from reactive heat to clear perception—and from clear perception into embodied wisdom.

WEEK ONE

Purify the Flame

From Reactive Heat to Conscious Fire

During the first week, we examine what creates smoke around the inner flame:

  • anger
  • frustration
  • resentment
  • comparison
  • impatience
  • perfectionism
  • overstimulation
  • the compulsion to prove ourselves

We will not attempt to suppress the fire.

Anger can contain intelligence. Frustration can reveal obstructed energy. Comparison can point toward unlived potential. Intensity can show us where energy is powerful but not yet integrated.

The practice is to extract the information contained within the reaction without allowing the reaction to govern our actions.

Central inquiry:

Is my fire illuminating my life—or merely generating heat?

Days 1–7

  1. Meeting the Inner Fire
  2. Heat, Light and Transformation
  3. The Intelligence Hidden Inside Anger
  4. Frustration and Obstructed Energy
  5. Comparison and the Distortion of Light
  6. Intensity Is Not Depth
  7. The Clean Flame

By the end of the first week, you will begin to recognize where your Tejas is depleted, scattered, excessive or distorted—and what must be purified so your flame can burn cleanly.

WEEK TWO

Illuminate the Mind

From Accumulated Information to Clear Perception

The second week develops the perceptive dimension of Tejas:

  • attention
  • concentration
  • comprehension
  • discernment
  • intuition
  • spiritual digestion

This is not about thinking more.

It is about seeing more clearly.

Our perception is often interrupted by memory, fear, attachment, expectation and projection. We do not simply see what is happening; we also see everything the mind has concluded about what is happening.

Tejas helps us distinguish perception from projection and intuition from impulse.

Central inquiry:

What becomes visible when mental noise subsides?

Days 8–14

  1. The Fire of Attention
  2. Dharana: The Power to Remain
  3. Buddhi: The Faculty of Discernment
  4. Spiritual Digestion
  5. Perception and Projection
  6. Intuition, Impulse or Fear?
  7. The Luminous Mind

By the end of the second week, you will have practical ways to stabilize attention, recognize projection and listen for the quieter intelligence beneath mental urgency.

WEEK THREE

Radiate Wisdom

From Clear Perception to Intelligent Action

Tejas is incomplete if it remains only in the mind.

The third week brings illumination into:

  • speech
  • creativity
  • leadership
  • relationships
  • decision-making
  • right timing
  • dharmic action

Wisdom is not measured by the profundity of what we understand. It is revealed through the quality of action that becomes possible because of what we understand.

Central inquiry:

If I truly lived according to what I now understand, what would I do differently?

Days 15–21

  1. Truth Without Violence
  2. Refined Ambition
  3. Creative Fire
  4. The Intelligence of Right Timing
  5. Luminous Leadership
  6. Wisdom in Action
  7. Becoming the Lamp

By the end of the third week, the journey moves from insight into integration—from knowing what is true to developing the courage and discipline to live it.

JOIN TEJAS

What We Will Practice

Every class will combine philosophy with direct embodied experience.

Depending upon the focus of the day, sessions may include:

  • Kundalini Yoga kriyas
  • pranayama and conscious breathing
  • mantra and meditation
  • practices for concentration and mental clarity
  • nervous-system regulation
  • contemplative teaching
  • somatic and energetic observation
  • daily self-inquiry
  • practical experiments for applying the teaching
  • closing integration

This is not simply a lecture series.

The teachings will be experienced through the body, breath, nervous system, mind and subtle energy field.

Each day will offer a specific lens through which you can observe your inner fire and work with it more consciously.

Ojas, Prana and Tejas

This Sadhana completes another dimension of the Ojas–Prana–Tejas architecture.

Ojas is the reservoir.

It gives stability, nourishment, resilience and the ability to sustain life.

Prana is the current.

It gives movement, vitality, responsiveness and the circulation of life force.

Tejas is the illumination.

It gives perception, discernment, comprehension, courage and transformation.

Ojas contains the energy.
Prana carries the energy.
Tejas gives the energy direction and meaning.

Without Ojas, Tejas may burn the system.

Without Prana, Tejas may remain intellectual but inactive.

Without Tejas, Prana may become scattered movement without discernment.

The purpose is not to maximize one force at the expense of the others. It is to bring all three into an intelligent relationship.

Is Tejas a Continuation of Ojas Code or Prana Code?

Tejas belongs to the same deeper architecture, but it is a complete and independent Sadhana.

You do not need to have completed The Ojas Code, Prana Code, Solar Path or any previous program to participate.

New students are welcome.

Returning students will recognize how Tejas develops another essential dimension of our work: not merely generating energy, but learning to perceive clearly enough to direct that energy wisely.

How Tejas Differs from Solar Path

Solar Path focused on confidence, purpose, personal radiance and self-mastery.

Tejas enters a subtler chamber.

It explores discernment, perception, spiritual digestion and the intelligent use of power.

Solar Path asked:

Can I stand in my light?

Tejas asks:

Can I see clearly enough to use my light wisely?

This Sadhana is not about making the personality more impressive.

It is about refining the instrument through which truth is perceived and expressed.

This Sadhana May Be for You If…

  • you possess tremendous energy but do not always know how to direct it
  • your mind is intelligent but easily overstimulated
  • you struggle with impatience, anger, frustration or perfectionism
  • you frequently overthink decisions
  • you know what is true but continue negotiating with it
  • you have survived important experiences that have not yet become wisdom
  • you sometimes mistake urgency for intuition
  • you want greater concentration and discernment
  • you want to communicate clearly without becoming harsh
  • you feel ambitious but want your ambition to serve a deeper purpose
  • you are ready to transform insight into intelligent action
  • you want your brilliance to become sustainable rather than exhausting

You do not need to consider yourself particularly fiery, ambitious or intellectual to participate.

Tejas exists within every human being.

The question is not whether you have fire.

The question is what your fire has become.

What May Change During These 21 Days?

No spiritual practice can promise a particular outcome for every person. Tejas offers a disciplined environment in which meaningful transformation can become possible.

Through consistent participation, you may begin to experience:

  • greater clarity in decisions
  • stronger and more sustainable attention
  • less reactivity around anger and frustration
  • a clearer distinction between intuition and impulse
  • greater awareness of projection
  • more compassionate and precise communication
  • reduced dependence on intensity
  • healthier ambition
  • increased creative direction
  • a deeper ability to digest the past
  • the courage to acknowledge what you already know
  • greater alignment between understanding and action

The transformation may not always appear as a dramatic experience.

Sometimes Tejas reveals itself as a cleaner decision, a more honest conversation, a boundary established at the right time or the ability to remain present where you once became reactive.

True brilliance is often quiet.

It is the light by which the right action becomes visible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous Kundalini Yoga experience?

No. The Sadhana will be accessible to sincere beginners while offering sufficient depth for experienced practitioners and teachers.

You will be encouraged to respect your body and modify practices where necessary.

Do I need to have completed Ojas Code or Prana Code?

No. Tejas stands on its own.

Participants of previous Sadhanas may experience a deeper connection to the Ojas–Prana–Tejas framework, but there are no prerequisites.

What happens if I cannot attend live?

Recordings will be available to registered participants. Whenever possible, attending live is encouraged because the collective field and daily rhythm are important elements of the Sadhana.

Is this primarily physical yoga?

No. The program is multidimensional.

Classes may include physical kriyas, breathwork, meditation, mantra, philosophy, subtle-energy practices and contemplative inquiry. The precise balance will change according to the daily theme.

Is Tejas about increasing Pitta or becoming more fiery?

No.

The objective is not to increase heat indiscriminately. It is to refine the quality of inner fire so that it becomes more balanced, perceptive and intelligent.

For some participants, this may mean strengthening depleted fire. For others, it may mean cooling, purifying or redirecting excessive intensity.

What if I miss several days?

Return as soon as you can.

Do not allow perfectionism to become the reason you abandon the practice. Use the recordings to reconnect and continue with the group.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. Tejas is an educational and spiritual practice program. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis or treatment.

Please consult an appropriate professional regarding any health concerns and practice within your personal capacity.

Your Fire Is Already Speaking

It speaks through what agitates you.

It speaks through what inspires you.

It speaks through the truth you are avoiding, the work you are ready to create, the boundary you need to establish and the decision you already know must be made.

For 21 days, we will listen to that fire.

We will learn to distinguish reaction from revelation, intensity from depth and accumulated information from genuine intelligence.

We will purify the flame.

We will illuminate the mind.

We will turn understanding into action.

Not so that we can become brighter than others, but so that life can move through us with less confusion and distortion.

Some people radiate heat.
Some radiate urgency.
Some radiate performance.
The awakened human being radiates understanding.

You do not need more intensity.

You need a cleaner flame.
