⭐ THE SEVA EXCHANGE PROGRAM – A Sacred Path of Reciprocity, Service & Spiritual Growth

THE SEVA EXCHANGE PROGRAM

A Sacred Path of Reciprocity, Service & Spiritual Growth

(For students seeking an aligned way to continue their practice)

A Note From Prakash

There are moments in life when the Soul is ready to grow, but our resources feel stretched.
I honor this — because the calling to continue your practice is sacred.

To support sincere students while keeping the energy of our community clear, balanced, and fair, I’ve created the Seva Exchange Program.

This is not a discount and not charity.
It is a conscious exchange of energy, rooted in ancient yogic principles:

**“Where there is devotion, there is service.

Where there is service, grace flows.”**

The Seva Exchange Program allows students to offer their skills, time, or support in specific areas — and in return, receive access to classes, sadhanas, workshops, or retreats.

This creates a field where everyone gives, everyone receives, and everyone rises together.

What is the Seva Exchange Program?

A structured, mutually supportive system where students contribute in one of four ways:

1. Creative Seva

Reels • Carousels • Design • Editing • Visual content

2. Community Seva

WhatsApp support • Zoom moderation • Welcome messages • Testimonials • Group coordination

3. Administrative Seva

Spreadsheets • Forms • Organization • Data • Notes • Uploads

4. Technical Seva

Video editing • YouTube management • Website updates • Automation support

Each role is assigned based on your strengths, joy, and availability.

What You Receive

Depending on the level of seva you offer each week, you may receive:

  • Weekly classes

  • Full access to 21-day sadhanas

  • Workshops and immersions

  • In some cases: retreat discounts or scholarships

  • And for exceptional contributors:
personal mentorship or advanced training opportunities

This is a rooted, dignified, spiritually aligned exchange, honoring your time and your dedication to the path.

Why Seva?

Seva is a sacred practice — offering your work from a place of devotion, integrity, and love.

It strengthens:

  • your discipline

  • your humility

  • your commitment to the teachings

  • your connection to the community

  • and your inner alignment with abundance

It teaches you the deepest truth of yoga:

“As I serve the light, the light serves me.”

How It Works

Step 1 — Apply

Complete a short form sharing your skills, interests, and available time.

Step 2 — Placement

You’ll be matched to a Seva Tier that aligns with your capacity and strengths.

Step 3 — Assignments

You receive 1–3 recurring weekly tasks that support the community.

Step 4 — Exchange

As long as your seva is consistent, your access to classes and programs continues.

Step 5 — Monthly Review

We check in once a month to ensure the exchange feels good, fair, and aligned for both sides.

Who Is This For?

The Seva Exchange Program is ideal for students who:

  • deeply value the teachings

  • are sincere, responsible, and committed

  • want to stay connected even during financial transition

  • have skills they’re happy to offer

  • thrive in community

  • feel called to serve

It is not a casual or temporary arrangement — it is a sacred commitment to both giving and receiving.

Who Is This Not For?

  • Students who want only discounts

  • Students who cannot consistently deliver tasks

  • Those who are unsure about commitment

  • Anyone who sees seva as obligation rather than devotion

This program is built on respect and mutual upliftment.

SEVA EXCHANGE PROGRAM — FAQ

1. What is the Seva Exchange Program?

It is a structured, conscious exchange where students offer their skills or time (seva) in return for access to classes, sadhanas, workshops, or retreats.
Instead of a discount, it is a mutual energetic exchange based on ancient yogic principles.

2. Who can apply?

Any sincere student who feels called to continue their spiritual practice but is experiencing financial limitations, or who simply wants to serve the community while deepening their learning.

3. Do I need special skills to join?

Not necessarily.
There are roles for every type of strength:

  • Creative (design, reels, visuals)

  • Community support (WhatsApp, Zoom, moderation)

  • Administrative (spreadsheets, forms, organization)

  • Technical (video editing, website help)

  • Retreat or event support

The application will help determine where you fit best.

4. How many hours per week are required?

This depends on your tier:

  • Light Seva: 1–2 hours/week

  • Medium Seva: 3–5 hours/week

  • Deep Seva: 6–10 hours/week

  • Core Seva: 10+ hours/week

Assignments are always matched to your capacity.

5. What do I receive in exchange?

Depending on your seva tier, you may receive:

  • Weekly classes

  • 21-day sadhana access

  • Workshops and immersions

  • Partial or full retreat scholarship

  • For exceptional contributors: mentorship opportunities

Your access continues as long as your seva is consistent.

6. How long does the exchange last?

Usually 1 month at a time, with an optional monthly renewal.
This keeps the energy clean and allows both sides to adjust if needed.

7. What happens if I cannot complete my tasks one week?

Clear communication is essential.
If something comes up:

  • Inform the team as soon as possible

  • We will adjust or reassign if needed

Long-term inconsistency may end the exchange, but the conversation is always handled with compassion.

8. Can I switch tasks later?

Yes.
During monthly review, you can request:

  • A new role

  • A lighter or heavier workload

  • Different responsibilities aligned with your growth

We adjust according to your evolution.

9. Is this a paid internship or job?

No.
This is not employment.
It is a spiritual service exchange, where energy and value flow in both directions.

10. Can I apply even if I’m new to the community?

Yes, absolutely.
New students are welcome — sincerity and commitment matter more than time spent in the community.

11. Is there a limit to how many students are accepted?

Yes.
To maintain quality and proper oversight, only a limited number of exchange students will be accepted each cycle.

If the program is full, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

12. What if I don’t get selected?

Not being selected is not a reflection of your worth or skill.
It simply means that at this moment:

  • Your skills may not match the current needs

  • The seva roles may already be filled

  • Timing may not align

You are always welcome to reapply later.

13. How do I apply?

Simply fill out the application form linked on this page.
Once reviewed, you’ll receive a follow-up message with your suggested seva tier and the next steps.

14. Does participating in seva affect my spiritual growth?

Yes — beautifully.
Seva is a powerful yogic practice that cultivates:

  • humility

  • devotion

  • discipline

  • joy

  • clarity

  • and karmic purification

Many students find that seva deepens their journey far more than expected.

15. Can I exit the program if my financial situation changes?

Yes.
You can gracefully exit at any time with a simple message.
You may continue your practice through regular enrollment afterward.

16. Is our work supervised or reviewed?

Yes.
You will receive clear tasks, deadlines, and feedback when necessary.
This ensures the community receives high-quality support and that you feel guided and valued.

17. What qualities are you looking for in exchange students?

  • Reliability

  • Integrity

  • Clarity

  • Devotion

  • Respect

  • Clean communication

  • Genuine love for the teachings

Skill matters.
But character matters more.
